MYERS-BRIGGS TEST
MYERS-BRIGGS TEST
Since the dawn of time, humans have drawn up schematics to describe and categorize our personalities. From the four temperaments of the ancient civilizations to the latest advances in psychology, we have been driven to fit the variables and complexities of human personality into well-defined models. Although we are still some time away from being able to do that, the current models account for our most important personality traits and can predict our behavior with a high degree of accuracy.
Picture
Personality is just one of many factors that guide our behavior, however. Our actions are also influenced by our environment, our experiences, and our individual goals. On our website, we describe how people belonging to a specific personality type are likely to behave. We outline indicators and tendencies, however, not definitive guidelines or answers. Significant differences can exist even among people who share a personality type. The information on this website is meant to inspire personal growth and an improved understanding of yourself and your relationships – not to be taken as gospel.
ADULT ATTACHMENT STYLES
ATTACHMENT STYLE QUIZ
Attachment theory is the study of human bonding, which deeply affects brain and nervous system function on a daily basis.

"As humans, we have a strong urge to succeed, feel useful, and to achieve our full potential. When encumbered by Insecure Attachment adaptations, surviving emotionally on a day-to-day basis means that much of our energy is consumed in survival mode.
"Successful interpersonal relationships and our relationship with ourselves, our pasts, and hope for the future frees up energy to be effective socially, professionally, and personally." - Diane Poole Heller, MD

LEARNING STYLES
LEARNING STYLES TEST***
***Click on the little arrow drop-down that says "Questions Per Page" and select "ALL".***
It is a weird site but the test is good.

Research shows us that each learning style uses different parts of the brain. By involving more of the brain during learning, we remember more of what we learn. Researchers using brain-imaging technologies have been able to find out the key areas of the brain responsible for each learning style.
  • Visual: The occipital lobes at the back of the brain manage the visual sense. Both the occipital and parietal lobes manage spatial orientation.

  • Aural: The temporal lobes handle aural content. The right temporal lobe is especially important for music.
  • Verbal: The temporal and frontal lobes, especially two specialized areas called Brocaï and Wernickeï areas (in the left hemisphere of these two lobes).
  • Physical: The cerebellum and the motor cortex (at the back of the frontal lobe) handle much of our physical movement.
  • Logical: The parietal lobes, especially the left side, drive our logical thinking.
  • Social: The frontal and temporal lobes handle much of our social activities. The limbic system (not shown apart from the hippocampus) also influences both the social and solitary styles. The limbic system has a lot to do with emotions, moods and aggression.
  • Solitary: The frontal and parietal lobes, and the limbic system, are also active with this style
MINDTIME
MINDTIME TEST
There are 10 MindTime Archetypes. Each one highlights a specific combination or blend of the 3 primary priorities of thoughts: Certainty-Past, Probability-Present, and Possibility-Future. These 3 primary priorities motivate all thought and shape all behaviour.
We each blend the three perspectives of time, that’s how we become different from one another in our thinking and therefore our behaviour. Whether you lead with one perspective, blend two, or equally blend all three, all possible points of view are a blend of the same 3 dimension of time.

Brain Hex (NEUROTRANSMITTER REWARD SYSTEM)
BRAIN HEX TEST
While originally developed for gaming, this test helps give us vital information about the ways you are most stimulated to engage, learn and succeed. You can use this knowledge to trigger your subconscious to work FOR you instead of AGAINST you!

BrainHex
is the new player satisfaction model by International Hobo, the acclaimed company behind 21st Century Game Design, Game Writing: Narrative Skills for Videogames (with the IGDA Game Writers SIG) and Beyond Game Design: Nine Steps Towards Better Videogames (with some of the leading names in videogames).
This new player model depicts gameplay behaviour in terms of seven key elements in the human nervous systems - the hippocampus and sensory cortices, the amygdala, epinephrine, norepinephrine, the orbito-frontal cortex, the hypothalamus, and the nucleus accumbens.
The model is the successor to the DGD1 (Demographic Game Design-1) and is based upon the DGD2 research surveys, as well as the latest neurobiological research papers, such as Biederman and Vessel's work tying interest to endomorphins.
